Edible Earth for Bompas & Parr

Grazing Streak

Petrol Playground

Brutalist Birthday

Midnight Rock

Foolish Gold

CONCEPT // ART DIRECTION // SET DESIGN - KATIE FOTIS, PHOTOGRAPHER - STEVE GALLAGHER, PROJECT FOR BOMPAS & PARR

Chewing rocks wouldn’t usually appeal, but when they are made of daft wobbly jelly, why not indulge. Juxtaposing rare gem hors d’oeuvres, a succulent steak slab and marbled french fancies - Edible Earth series is served up with a masculine and sardonic wit mixed with a playful aesthetic challenging perceptions of the pleasures associated with food in an experimental way.

This is a collaboration between the jelly mongers,Olivia at Bompas & Parr, Art Director Katie Fotis and Photographer Steve Gallagher.

The Independent

Photographer - Julia Kennedy // Set Design - Katie Fotis // Stylist - Gemma Hayward

I worked with the lovely photographer Julia Kennedy and Stylist Gemma Hayward to create this shiny prom girl shoot called Sugar Plum

On this shoot I homemade the head sculptures, sprayed burger boxes gold, created glitter backgrounds, hired some gorgeous furniture, created hand shadows, draped shiny fabrics, and poured glitter over Molly’s head. All in a days work.

Thanks a million to Rebecca Clayden for all your sterling help.

The whole story can be viewed on the Independent site here.

Going for Gold

Photographer - Catherine Losing // Set Design - Katie Fotis

I designed these trophies for Bompas and Parr’s Crazy Golf pop up event on top of Selfridges roof. The event will be running until September and these gaudy gold beauts will be on display in the pro room.

This photoshoot was a collaboration with Catherine Losing. We both have an appreciation for bling, so this gave us great pleasure in creating this gold feast.

Always go for gold!

The Scrunchie Story on It’s Nice That

Photographer - Catherine Losing // Set Design - Katie Fotis

This is my first test shoot with photographer Catherine Losing.

When I first met Catherine, I told her all about the my scrunchie collection. We then started reminiscing about our childhood hair doo’s and growing up in the fabulous 90’s.

We couldn’t resist getting all nostalgic… we proudly present…The Scrunchie Story.

As seen on It’s Nice That
